Virtual Screening: Zonta Club of Berkeley/North Bay (Berkeley, CA)

Please join us for a virtual screening of LUNAFEST® 2023 a program of short films that empower and inspire. This season of LUNAFEST® features seven short films by a selection of women and gender nonconforming directors. The featured filmmakers are from all walks of life and range from poets to conservationists, activists, and educators. These stories remind us that when we come together, we all move forward. Running time is 90 minutes. The films are most appropriate for ages 13 and up.

All proceeds will benefit the local projects of the Zonta Club of Berkeley/North Bay and Zonta International which focus on improving the lives of women and girls. These include:
*Women’s Daytime Drop-In Center - supports homeless women and children with special resources so families can stay safe while in transition.
*Young Women in Public Affairs Award and Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarship
*Zonta International-global projects striving to end child marriage, make education available to girls in developing nations, eliminate gender-based violence, and achieve gender equality.
