ABOUT CAP SONOMA
Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County has been partnering with low income families and individuals to help them achieve economic and social stability; to build community, and to advocate for social and economic justice since 1967 and has a rich history and strong allies here in Sonoma County. Every year, we serve over 10,000 people in Sonoma County in the areas of Early Childhood Education, Health and Wellness, Community Engagement, Housing, Financial Stability, and Disaster Relief with a team of over 200 employees. We seek to serve individuals and all members of the family unit in order to disrupt the cycle of generational poverty. We are embedding a WHOLE Family Approach to ensure that we are meeting the needs, supporting, and connecting them to the services and resources they need.
