Ru Kuwahata

Ru Kuwahata was born in Tokyo in 1981, and graduated from Parsons School of Design in NYC in 2005 with a BFA in Illustration. She created two short films while in school which received awards and nominations from various film festivals all over the world. Ru has been working as a freelance designer and an animator in NYC for the past few years. In 2007, Ru started a company called “Tiny Inventions” with her husband Max. They make animations for children.
